It's coming to that wonderfully merry time of year where you can eat tonnes, get fat and get loads of presents!!
We shall be having our Christmas Meal at THE SLUG AND LETTUCE. We will be getting there from around half 7 on and food shall be served just after 8!
Wednesday morning sessions are our most popular of all. Usual times - 7.15AM until 8.45AM - with a variety of speed and technique sessions to boost your fitness and competition abilities!
If you're an early riser, you could try an early session on Monday morning! It's great if you've got a 9.00 lecture straight after as it helps you wake up. The fitness level is mixed so come along and give it a go! We usually do a mixture of sets and sprints as well as some regular lifesaving techniques.
