If you're an early riser, you could try an early session on Monday morning! It's great if you've got a 9.00 lecture straight after as it helps you wake up. The fitness level is mixed so come along and give it a go! We usually do a mixture of sets and sprints as well as some regular lifesaving techniques.
Thursday sessions focus on competition training. This is usually an hour of dryside incidents and an hour of wetside incidents. The sessions also focus on competition events such as speed manikin tows, gates, fins and ropes.

Tuesday sessions focus on awards and speed training.
Meet in the Jubilee Sports Centre foyer.
Our training sessions are great fun and varied every week. We use a variety of experienced coaches for both speed and incident training.
