Mailing List

Marcus sent the official list to Nick. Nick to combine the lists within the next few days. Tom will email the freshers who haven’t paid.

New Kit

Tom is looking into new kit and will send out an email soon. We are staying with the same kit for boys and girls and speedsockets.

Hoodies

Eleanor has been chasing up AU Pres to try and get Kukri hoodies to look more professional. If we don’t hear anything in the next week we will get them from somewhere else as we need identification when we go to competitions. We will also be asking for the money upfront before ordering kit.

Fins

We have enough money to order four sets of fins. They will cost around £110 and we can afford them now. They will be our expendable equipment as we don’t have any capital equipment (Marcus is going to verify this). Tom will investigate what fins we want and how much.

NPLQ

We can run the course for around £60 - £70 a head as Kate has agreed to do it for free. It can be run after Christmas. To be left in Chalkys hands.

Christmas Meal

Book Slug and Lettuce provisionally for 20 people. Ring them asap to confirm. Leo to assist Eleanor to organise if needed. Eleanor will email around and collect the money.

Speeds

We have budget to subsidise transport, accommodation and team entries.

• Naked Calendar – money for AU. Pre orders already taken. Tom, Gav, Wood, Matt and Chris have done it.
• WORLDS – We will hold a separate meeting about Worlds before Christmas. We will need to start organising training and funding soon.
• MINI-BUS TEST- Marcus is looking into doing the mini-bus test.
